Primary tastes of sweet, sour and salty make this lightly lactic cheese easy to pair with herbs, crisp tart fruit and light greens. It is made from 100% Prince Edward County fresh goat milk, no dried milk ingredients, is aged naturally and, it is never goaty. Maple version available seasonally.
