Lemon Fetish

Winner of 2017 Bronze Medal at the International Cheese Awards in Nantwich, England. Semi-firm, crumbly feta-style cheese that has grated lemon zest in the curds and is rolled in Red Fife flour. Grated lemon zest gives this cheese a clean, lactic aroma with an aroma of fresh lemon. Flavours of tangy, citrus and salt create a refreshing , balanced cheese that is terrific on salads. A gluten-free version of this cheese is also available.
