A soft cow milk cheese eaten very young. Pleasant, mild delicate flavours with a smooth, creamy and buttery texture. This mildly salty soft cheese is great with lighter wines such as Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio.

A soft , tangy and meltable cheese, perfect for pizza or spreading on rain toast for breakfast. Similar to an Italian stracchino this cheese is so very versatile and can be used in sweet or savoury dishes.
