COWDA with Truffle

Our popular cow Gouda with the add punch of black summer truffle!  Creamy nutty and mild but with the almost garlicky salty zest of the Italian sourced black summer truffle. Wonderful shaved on risotto or pasta especially one that is mushroom based.  Try it on eggs or an omelette!
