Capri Blue with maple Rum chestnuts (Copy)

Our goat’s milk blue soaked in candied chestnuts flavoured with rum and local maple syrup.  Our season addition to Maple in the County – a little sweet and savoury ripened blue lovely pairs well with a sark long or sweet dessert wine.  The County is producing a wide variety of sparkling wines as well as port.
