Winner of a gold medal at the 2016 Royal Winter Fair this mild white cheddar is flavourful and complex even at a young age. Primary tastes of sweet, sour and salty make this lightly lactic cheese easy to pair with herbs, crisp tart fruit and light greens. It is made from 100% Prince Edward County fresh goat milk, no dried milk ingredients, is aged naturally and, it is never goaty. Maple version available seasonally.

This award winning cheese was created in partnership with a 109 year old village cheese dairy.  An American Cheese Society and Canadian Royal Winter Fair award winner , this mild cheddar is flavourful and complex even at a young age.  Aged naturally using 00% local goat milk from the Leroux farm north of Kingston, it is never goaty !
