A soft ripened Valencay pyramid style goat cheese sprinkled with beetroot, hibiscus and pink peppercorns decorated with organic rose petals. Delicate herbaceous and floral notes balance a peppery lactic finish.  Pair with local PEC rose wines or a crisp Chardonnay.
