Triple Cream Brie with white truffle

Made with the rich jersey milk from a local Picton farm this Fifthtown new addition is rich , buttery and nutty , with grassy undertones reminiscent of alpine meadows- perfect for melting with fresh fruit or even decoration with edible flowers to top a cheese “cake”! The white truffle version adds a delicate mushrooms and garlic retrogusto.
