Delighted to have our shot of Rustic, GOAT IMPROV. Cheese — make it to the FoodPhotoAffair finals, premier exhibition, in Sante Fe, NM, at the 2019 IACP ... Annual Food Professionals Conference. Congrats to all the finalists ——- . ——- Yes, we taste tested this amazing cheese; after the shoot, with fruit and handmade dips, lavished on thick artisan bread. We ate lunch together under a shady tree — and almost forgot we were at work.
The cheese is hand-crafted; a French Epoisses style — the soft wrinkled rind , washed in local Chardonnay; produced by award winning @fifthtownartisancheese. Such a treat!
